German Speaking Project Manager
MetaPack requires a German speaking Project Manager to be the main interface between one of our premier C2C customers, as well as its subsidiaries, and German postal carriers and logistic operators. The role will involve building collaborative relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and managing relationships with clients and carriers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing shipment fulfilment solutions for designated clients. As Project Manager you will ensure timely project delivery in accordance with specification and budget, and carry out development and testing reviews. This role would suit candidates with a strong ability to interpret technical customer and carrier data to produce commercially relevant development plans and overall project strategies. We would look for candidates who will be able to make significant contributions towards expanding our position as a leading e-Commerce shipment solutions provider into mainland Europe. High proficiency in German will also be essential. Degree level education with at least three years demonstrable experience in Project Management is ideal. Candidates will need to have excellent analytical skills, be detailed-orientated and demonstrate customer understanding.

Project Manager
The Project Manager will project manage the extension of MetaPack’s software solution and have good operational knowledge of MetaPack’s delivery management products. The successful candidate will clearly communicate to all relevant parties and provide project milestones for the internal development processes. An appreciation of databases such as SQL, Oracle and DB2 is desirable but not essential. Candidates will need to have worked as a Project Manager for at least 5 years.

Fraud Product Manager
MetaPack requires a Product Manager for the development, roll-out and growth of a new online fraud detection product. This product will serve the leading UK retailers and will compliment the parent company’s existing services to these retailers. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years work experience, including 3 years in the fraud detection industry, strong project management and analytical skills, together with customer and commercial experience. The Product Manager will lead a team of industry specialists in model building and data management.

Carrier Technical Analyst
The purpose of this role is to build and maintain MetaPack’s interfaces with existing and future parcel carrier partners. The successful candidate will research, document and deliver the required changes necessary to achieve two-way electronic communication with partner carrier systems. Candidates will need to have at least two years experience of system integration projects and methodologies and possess technical analytical experience, including the writing of documentation and technical specifications. The ability to write SQL DML to an excellent level is essential, as are good XML and XSL skills. We would look for a person with a technical degree or an equivalent level of experience. The role would suit candidates with previous experience in a solutions delivery role, who can work to a schedule and within a fast-paced environment.

Carrier Business Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide experienced and knowledgeable insight that will support the business in dealings with parcel and mail carrier partners. The successful candidate will perform functional and technical analysis of new and updated carrier interface requirements, document/design/develop functional specifications and integrate interfaces according to agreed templates and timetables. Candidates will need to have three or more years experience in a related technical and analytical role. Knowledge of SQL, XML and XSL is essential. Knowledge of Unix/Linux is desirable. A degree in a relevant subject would be an advantage. Appreciation and experience of integration projects and integrated system environment(s) is desirable, as is a working knowledge of bar code symbologies. Experience in warehouse management, logistics or supply chains is desirable.

Implementation Analyst
The Implementation Analyst will be part of a team who manages customer go-lives on the MetaPack system. Among the tasks required of the successful candidate; they will guide new customers on startup process, enable information exchange by configuring file import using interface, write Macros where necessary and provide on-site support. Candidates will need to have Business Analyst skills in an operational environment and Customer interaction experience on a technical and non-technical basis. Knowledge of Carrier integrations or Carrier systems implementation into clients Warehouse operations, of order processing systems, SQL scripts and/or Excel Macros is desirable but not essential.
