Support

Given that MetaPack is a mission critical application that manages the delivery for a significant proportion of e-retail in the UK, we ensure that our systems and support levels reciprocate the demand our clients expect.

The MetaPack support team is always on hand to assist you with any queries or problems you may have regarding the use of our products. MetaPack does not use call handlers; the team consists of a group of individuals with a wide range of skills and experience who are available round the clock.

The support team is available by email and phone during normal Monday to Friday working hours. During out of hours periods the support team are available via phone only.
